I believe that both socialism and capitalism each have their strong points. Why can’t we have both? What is wrong with a safety net for those that are not able to succeed in their own right? We can’t all be perfect.
Are you willing to bet that all of your children and their children will be able to survive on their own? You won’t always be there to give them guidance (or bail them out when things go wrong).
I am starting work on a new RPG game that I have to develop and distribute on Steam.
It will be a “No Adult Left Behind” game that will embrace the concept of applying the principles of socialism with the belief that “Everybody Wins” and “Too Small to Fail.”
It will give everyone income (currency) in the form of wages that will include a GUARANTEED Minimum Wage if you are a liberal (Democrat), or a Basic Minimum Income if you are a conservative (Republican).
I am going to study and develop ideas for creating solutions to make life better for everyone, including you! Topics may include encouraging people to collaborate with opponents to reach a common goal without sacrificing individual principles. I may also include specific examples based on current events such as politics, energy, conflicts, health, weather, and the economy. If you see any discrepancies in this conversation, please contact me, and feel free to include possible solutions along with your concerns, because the point of this blog is to come up with solutions, not just identify problems.
These “Freeze Dryers” (which can be quite expensive) that people are buying are really a class of dehydrators that do not use heat to dehydrate.
A good example is from my younger days when we used to help Mum with the laundry in the winter. Back then, we used a clothesline to dry our clothes. In very cold weather, the laundry would freeze to the clothesline, and we sometimes needed to pry the clothes off because they were as rigid as cardboard.
